1. Product Pricing
- All product prices displayed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified at checkout.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors that may occur due to technical issues or human error. In such cases, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.
2. Taxes
- Within Pakistan: Applicable sales tax / GST will be added at checkout where required by law.
- International Orders: Taxes, VAT, GST, customs duties, and import fees are not included in the displayed price. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to local authorities upon delivery.
- Tax amounts are calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:
- Your shipping destination
- Order weight and dimensions
- Selected shipping method (Standard or Express)
- Promotional free shipping offers (if any) will be clearly displayed.
4. Discounts and Promo Codes
- Discount codes and promotional offers can be applied at checkout.
- Only one promo code can be used per order unless stated otherwise.
- Discounts cannot be combined with certain sale items or other offers without explicit permission.
5. Payment Methods

- Cash on Delivery (COD) – available in selected areas of Pakistan
6. Billing Information
- The name on your payment method must match the billing address provided.
- You confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
- All billing information is collected and processed securely through encrypted third-party payment gateways.
7. Payment Authorization
- When you place an order, we authorize your payment method for the full order amount (including products, taxes, and shipping).
- The actual charge will be processed once your order is confirmed and shipped (or at the time of order placement for some payment methods).
8. Failed or Declined Payments
- If your payment is declined, we will notify you and give you the opportunity to update your payment information.
- Orders with failed payments may be cancelled automatically after 48 hours.
9. Refunds and Billing Adjustments
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- For credit/debit card and digital wallet refunds, funds usually appear within 5–7 business days (depending on your bank).
- Cash on Delivery refunds are processed via bank transfer or mobile wallet (details will be requested).
