My order is delayed or I haven’t received it. What should I do? Please contact us with your order number. We’ll investigate and update you promptly.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? We offer returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached, and in sellable condition.
How do I initiate a return?
- Log in to your account → Order History
- Select the item and submit a return request
- Once approved, ship the item back (return label provided if eligible)
- Refund will be issued within 5–7 business days after we receive the return.
Are shipping costs refundable? Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective items or our error.
What if the item is damaged or incorrect? Contact us within 7 days with photos. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
